If you work all day,
then take meal out of the freezer and place in fridge in the morning before
work to allow it to thaw for use in the evening.
If you are home and time is an issue, you can leave it out on your counter
to thaw for 2-3 hours.
IMPORTANT
Do not try and microwave from frozen.
It will create a lot of liquid and the meal will be dried out.
ALL MEALS MUST BE THAWED FIRST
Meals can be turned out
of container into a pot and heated on the stove on a medium temperature.
Give the food a stir, if the sauce seems a bit thick then add some warm
water to thin it down till you get your desired consistency. Ensure food is
hot before serving.
Meals can also be
microwaved once thawed. Simply dish meal into a plate and microwave till
hot.
Cottage pie, lasagnes
and potato bake should rather be heated in a preheated 180’C oven for ½ - 1
hour till hot and the cheese on top is crispy.
Place rice in an open
container and heat in microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Place pasta or mash
potato in an open container and heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes
Make yourself a salad
or vegetable and enjoy your meal!!
